About My Business & Products
I established my business, MeadowScent in October 2017. My initial focus is homeware products, whilst developing my cosmetic products.
My online selling platform is Etsy. Etsy is a wonderful community to be part of and I highly recommend it. I sell at local craft fairs in Highland Perthshire and a number of local businesses stock my products.
My ethos is to provide high quality natural products for the home which harness local and seasonal offerings. Key is my use of cruelty free ingredients. Nature has so much to offer, I have found that many of the natural products on the market come with a price tag. My products, I wish to be affordable and accessible to all, any budget. I am able to do this due to using high quality but simple ingredients, carefully sourcing my materials and hand processing raw materials for use.
My products are made with a great deal of care and to be a gift to those who buy them. They will be luxurious and carefully blended, with care taken to gift wrap. This is a service I provide for all my goods free of charge.
About Me
I'm a very outdoorsy persn whom has had a life-long love for and interest in nature. I was brought up in Highland Perthshire, the heart of Scotland and so named big tree country. Surrounded by woodland, rolling hills and moorland- to have such variety in the environment around me was magic and special as a child.
The making of products as gifts and for gifting and my own consumption has been something I have enjoyed doing for many years. Capturing scents from nature and a focus on natural products is absolutely central to what I do.
